Garbe Associates with Greg Julien is amazing! He is the ONLY agent that ever told me to contact him before I submit any claims to determine if the payout is worth the increase to my premium. I was suckered into submitting a claim with my last ins company by my restoration company and everything they promised me was a lie EXCEPT how wonderful Garbe Agency is to work with incase of a premium increase or cancellation by my previous ins as a result of the claim. Sutton/ocean harbor ins company use James Mason’s adjusters who came into my home like gang busters then accused my restoration company of helping me to commit fraud, because they’re A.I. algorithm mistook a CG generic hobo type bag as a Gucci and accused me of trying to unjustly get more money. I never even listed the bag, the restoration company went into my closet without permission and took pictures of what they thought looked valuable! as punishmemt to me James Masons undervalued items that shouldnt have been. My expensive blinds on ALL my windows that they valued at a single entry of 39.99. Greg Julien worked hard to find me an insurance company (Naragansett Bay) that didnt utilize James Mason’s adjusters. Its been a bad experience until I found your agency.
